The community began construction in in 1999 and was completed in 2006. West Lake offers both ranch and loft models. Upgrades included on some homes are sunrooms, hardwood floors, high ceilings, grantire, gourmet kitchens, and more. Homes range in size from 1800 sq. ft. to 3500 sq. ft. Prices range from $300,000 to $500,000.
