The community began construction in 2008. When Sea Breeze is completed, it will boast 500 homes. There are both one and two story models available, ranging in size from 1690 sq. ft. to 2590 sq. ft. Homes feature 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, 2 car garage, ten foot first floor ceilings, 42 inch kitchen cabinets, ceramic tile in baths, and much more. Options are endless, especially since the builder, Toll Brothers, is willing to customize. Homes prices begin around $325,000.
