The community began construction in 1992 and was completed in 2000. Four Seasons Lakewood features both single family and attached quad homes. The quad homes feature some with garages and some with just parking spaces. Many include sunrooms on the side of the home. They range in size from 1200-1400 sq. ft. and are priced between $150,000 and $220,000. Single family homes feature 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 baths. A few have lofts with additional space. They range in size from 1500-2900 sq. ft. and are priced between $215,000 and $375,000.
