Proudly calling Ocean County "home", Nancy and Gary moved to Ocean County in 1978 and chose Barnegat/Manahawkin due to its reputation for terrific schools, easy access to the Garden State Parkway and the family oriented atmosphere the location offers.
They have 2 adult children, Jennifer and Debra. Their youngest daughter, Jennifer works with them as part of the Muldowney Team. They also have 3 grandchildren. Nancy is a past president of the "Great Bay Rotary Club" and has been honored with the prestigous "Paul Harris Fellow" award. Gary is a past assistant Cub Scout den leader for his grandson. Some of the team´s designations and achievements are the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialists). In 2008 they received Van Dyk's Top Producer for the Barnegat Office and in 2007 they received Most Sales Award for the Barnegat Office.
Nancy has spent 25 years in the customer service industry with 20 years being in the banking field. Jennifer is a graduate of the Richard Stockton College of NJ with a degree in History and Elementary Education. Her superb computer abilities have helped enable them to stay on the cutting edge of technology thus helping their customers get the most from their service. From both of their backgrounds, they understand the relationship between good service and success in business. It was no surprise that becoming a Realtor would be a perfect fit for all of them!
