River Pointe
River Pointe, built Del Webb, is an active adult community of about 500 homes, located in Manchester, NJ. This gated community features a clubhouse which offers many amenities including indoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, hobby and game rooms, and lots of meeting space. Outside features outdoor pool, tennis courts, and bocce. Association fees are $232 a month.
The community began construction in 2007 and is still building today. River Pointe homes offer open floor plans, 8 different models, 2-3 bedrooms, and options such as sunrooms, basements, and lofts. Homes range in size from 1250 sq. ft. to 2700 sq. ft. Prices range from $250,000 to $350,000.
River Pointe is located in a rural section of Manchester Township, where Atlantic City and Philadelphia are within an hours drive.
