The Reserve at Lake Ridge, built by Kokes, is an active adult community of 230 homes located in Manchester, NJ. The community features a 12,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with fitness center, card room, arts and crafts room, computers, library, billiards and more. Outside features walking trails, tennis, outdoor pool, and bocce. Association fees are $175 a month.
