Mystic Shores

Mystic Shores is an affordable adult community of 365 homes, located in a quiet section of Little Egg Harbor. The community features a clubhouse which offers fitness center, multi-purpose room, and billiards. Outside features bocce and shuffleboard. The clubhouse is very active for the size of the community. It is well established so many activities are always going on. Association fees are $75 a month.
Both single family and duplex homes are available at Mystic Shores and and homes range in size from 900 sq. ft. to 1650 sq. ft. Prices begin around $110,000 and go up to about $200,000. Many homes have screen rooms on the back with some being converted to Florida rooms. There is a small section of the community that has attached homes.
Little Egg Harbor is located at Exit 58 off the Garden State Parkway and is only about 20 minutes from Atlantic City and about 25 minutes to the beaches of Long Beach Island.
