Lake Ridge
Lake Ridg,e built by Kokes, is an active adult community of about 925 homes, located in Toms River, NJ. The community features a 15,000 sq. ft. clubhouse which offers fitness center, arts and crafts room, indoor pool, billiards, and more. Outside features outdoor pool, tennis, bocce, anf shuffleboard. Association fees are $140 a month.
The community began construction in 1994 and was completed in 1998. There are 7 different models, 2 of which have lofts. Homes offer 2-3 bedrooms, and 1-2 car garages. Most have private lots. Lake Ridge homes range in size from 1340 sq. ft. to 2375 sq. ft. and are pricced from $220,000 to $350,000.
Lake Ridge is located in Toms River with easy access to both Route 70 and the Garden State Parkway. The Ocean County Mall in 15 minutes away and the Freehold Mall is 25 minutes away. Beaches are about 1/2 hr drive away.
