Sea Breeze at Lacey
Sea Breeze at Lacey is Forked River's newest active adult community. The clubhouse, which is set to be completed in 2011, will be 13,000 square feet and feature outdoor pool, bocce courts, tennis courts, sauna, fitness cenet and more.
When the community is completed, it will boast 500 homes. There are both one and two story models available, ranging in size from 1690 sq. ft. to 2590 sq. ft. Homes feature 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, 2 car garage, ten foot first floor ceilings, 42 inch kitchen cabinets, ceramic tile in baths, and much more. Options are endless, especially since the builder, Toll Brothers, is willing to customize.
Forked River is located at Exit 74 off the Garden State Parkway and Sea Breeze is only minutes from the Exit. The location is within minutes of boating, swimming, fishing, shopping, and only 45 minutes from Atlantic City.
